Blessing & Success

Zev Marganit, the world-renowned architect, who drew a detailed blueprint of the Palace went to Kfar Chabad in order to assess the lot and determine precisely where, near the 770 replica, it should be located.

After an extensive survey of the area and viewing it from all perspectives, the architect wrote his conclusions: “The lot to the west of 770 is highly recommended as the site for which the Palace should be built, due to the following reasons:
1) It is suitable in size.
2) The lot overlooks the entire coastal region and can be seen from a distance, giving one the feeling of a meeting of heaven and earth.
3) The Palace that will be built on this lot will make a beautiful and honorable plaza together with 770, and will be called, “Kikar Melech HaMoshiach”.

R’ Zushe took the plans and boarded the first plane to New York once again.

He submitted the plans to the Rebbe and asked whether people should
contribute towards the cost of its construction.

Shortly thereafter, Rabbi Groner returned with the following response:
1) ” The Rebbe gave his consent and blessing for the letter and the blueprints.”
2) ” You can allow the public to participate.”
3) “Brocho v’Hatzlocho!” (Blessings and success).
